Our spray dryer is designed with advanced technology. Multi-gun spraying and cyclone powder collection allows powder to be transported to the top of the tower, where it is then bound to the fog drop for milk production. Processed milk powder now consists of hollow granules, with significantly improved solubility and thermal physical properties. Second stage cooling capabilities are enabled via lecithin coating technology and a vibration fluidized bed. Second stage processing prolongs drying time and conserves energy when milk powder drying speed is lowered. After the dried milk powder is cooled, it can be packed immediately. This prevents unnecessary contaminant exposure while greatly improving milk powder quality.
