Pre-Heater

The pre-heater prepares previously crushed chili, carrots, onions, tomatoes, strawberries, and blackberries. The machine utilizes hot-water heating to prevent scalding. Scalding is a phenomenon that occurs when overly heated equipment comes into direct contact with raw materials. Our device has a long service life and is an ideal addition to tomato paste production lines. The automatic temperature control system has online connection; pre-heating temperatures are regulated via an imported Italian valve. Raw material refluence activates in the event where heating temperatures fail to reach the set point. An optimized design structure and precision temperature monitoring yields products with exceptional color and flavor. The dependable pre-heater is crafted with advanced welding and surface processing technology.
