Plate Type UHT Sterilizer
The plate type UHT sterilizer is ideal for the processing of tea, milk, fruit juice, soybean milk, and milk beverages. Product shelf life ranges between 3 to 6 months. The electric heating set makes it perfect for small scale production lines. Our versatile device may be connected to a degasser, centrifuge, flash evaporator, and aseptic filling machine. The full-flow homogenization method allows the machine capacity to be regulated via a flow controller and homogenizer. Advanced heating and cooling capabilities boosts heat recovery efficiency to 90%.
Both automatic and semi-automatic models are available for the plate type UHT sterilizer. The fully automatic variant is powered by dependable Omron PLC control. A CIP system is included for automated cleaning functions. Our semi-automatic version requires operators to control pump and reflux functions. The sterilization temperature is regulated by the automatic temperature controller and recorded continuously by the onboard graphing device.
